5 km Fun Run | 131 m ascent

The Montagu Trails 4,8km Fun Run route is an easy, non- technical, single track which is run mainly through a shady Blue Gum Tree forest with a slight incline loop and comes out through a piece of Apron veld with a nice view of the town until the finish.

10.6 km Trail Run | 285 m ascent

The first 4km of the 10,6km route is the same as the Fun Run and extend along the foothills of the Langeberg mountains with a further incline(elevation gain). A little bit more challenging then the fun run but not too technical (moderate). Zigzag down hills. Awesome views of the town and beautiful rock formations are evident.

13.8 km Trail Run | 359 m ascent

The first  10 km’s of this route is the same as the Trail Run and extend along the foothills of the Langeberg mountains with a further incline traversing Bessiekop. A little bit more challenging then the fun and 10km trail run but not too technical (moderate). Zigzag down hills. Awesome views of the town and beautiful rock formations are evident.

Timing & Medals:  Timing for the 10 & 15km Trail Runs, medals for 5 / 10 & 15km Runs. Walkers may request a medal on completion for an additional R30 as this entry only covers participation and water-point
